Redoing week one and, I may be kidding myself, but today it migh have been a trifle, the merest trifle, easier. At least, while I still couldn't run all the intervals, I managed to run a little further than last time.
However, during cool down, I was struck with a severe headache. I think I was underhydrated, so I'll be more careful next time.
I suspect I'll have to do week one several times

Great work... keep going, it is getting easier, you’re a little fitter every time you go out. It’s very inspiring for us all to hear about you working away at the start of your journey.
Hydration is very important, sip water all day, including rest days.
You’re progressing and this plan isn’t about how fast you get to the end, it’s about never giving up. Well done.
Just take it easy AuntieKatie, not nice calling yourself fat and unfit, you certainly won't be unfit while participating here on C25K, the headaches may be caused by dehydration, as UNM says it is very important to sip water all day and on rest days as well, I drink a lot of water on days when I run and rest days too, but I don't drink a lot of water immediately before I start to run, only afterwards.
Don't get discouraged! I just finished week 8 run 3 and while it is still challenging it feels so much easier than week 1, which I did 3 times and felt extremely discouraging at the time! To me it was the most difficult week by far!
I do try to stay hydrated on running and rest days.
Do you know what this made me happy...the first part I mean. You are doing something so awesome and you are starting to notice a difference! You are just going to get stronger and fitter and feel the benefits all the more sweetly. We are all routing for you here. And well done for running further.
Be kind to yourself, you’ve started a process of change which is amazing! And in case no one tells you today, you are awesome.
As for the headache, well you know you need to drink more so I don’t need to tell you that 😀
Keep going! You can and will conquer week one! Keep us updated on your journey🤩🤩🤩
