Well I have completed week 9 run 3.
Can’t believe I have gone from puffing and panting to being able to run for 30mins in 9 weeks.
Thanks everyone for all your help and support it’s been very much appreciated.
Will keep reading everyone’s posts and still encourage to continue to complete this amazing app. 😘

Hi
Thanks for the link. I have been lucky not to have any injuries over the last 9 weeks. I appreciate any advice given as I’m a newbie and more than happy to listen and take advice.😊

Well done. I've just started week one and nine seems along way off and very daunting encouraging to see people at the other end 😊

I remember week 1 very well. I was puffing like an auld horse.!!!!
Seriously stick with this. Have faith in yourself. If you have a bad run don’t be down hearted. You can do this.
