Wow I never thought for a minute when I started 5 weeks ago that I would be able to run 5 minutes never the 20 minutes I've just completed for the last run in week 5. It Feels good

Keep going people the programme works

Me too! Did my W5R3 this morning and totally see now how much I have improved. It really is a mental thing now...

I am on week 4 and wow what an achievement not sure I am going to be able to run for 20 mins by next week!

You will do before I set off this morning I thought ther3s no way I can do 20 mins but it's surprising how you can keep going. You can do it don't doubt yourself

That was me last week. The thought of 5 mins was daunting. And then 8... If we can all do it, so can you!

That's fantastic- well done. I am doing Week 5 Run 2 tomorrow and am feelibg anxious about the 8 mins run!
