I have previously completed the programme approx 18 months ago, then let some minor ailments get in the way and stopped running.
I am now on my 4th Attempt at doing it again and today will be week 3 run2.
I just wanted to say what a lovely and encouraging forum this is and I have been coming on here every few days and just feel so encouraged by everyone and their positivity!
I really do want to complete this time and know that I can do It!
My advice to myself when I am running is.........keep it slow, you don't have to be fast!!Literally, that is what I say to myself!

Welcome to the forum. You certainly can do this... keep telling yourself these things, it helps to stop doubt whispering in your ear. Great job so far, keep doing it... maybe make some goals and targets to keep you on it?
I have the same story, I'm on W4 now and finding it easier the second time round - I'm in better shape as of doing it before but more importantly I know I can do it and I've absorbed the lesson that slow is good.
