Fell off the wagon now remounting

So I graduated some months back and stupidly took relaxed my running due to a bad knee.

Now 6 weeks without any consistent running I’ve decided to start the program again (I need order and a programme in my life to stick to!)

First week is relatively easy compared to when I first started many months ago.

Looking forward to being back on the journey again !

Welcome back... you’ll soon be back, and hopefully injury free and motivated at the end of this.

Welcome back Ray. Almost in the same boat but mine was a bit injury related. Got back up to speed again after a 5 week break started at wk5. Just completed then got a muscle pain 25 mins into my first post week 9 run. Gutted it will not clear. Going for sports massage tomo hope that helps as want to get back at it. Good luck with yours.

Good luck and enjoy retracing your progress - good on you for getting back to it after an injury! You'll get there : )
