Well I managed wk 1 my legs are feeling it although I slowed my pace right down so I can manage . I think I might repeat wk1 just to make sure I really can do this as ATM I feel like wk 2 may be out of reach for me . I want to thank you lovely people on the forums for being so helpful and encouraging xx

Week 2 may be longer per run, but there’s less of them... you can do it. Of course repeating will only add to your strength and fitness. It’s your call, but don’t allow it to become a barrier.
I won't I'm adamant I'm going to get to the 30 minutes . I think I'm unsure of myself if I'm honest I may give wk 2 a go and if I feel it's too much swap back ,I guess I don't really know without trying .XX thank you.
No worries... although this may be hard to believe, most of this programme is a mental challenge... it sets you up physically to be ready, you just have to go do the run. You will get to 30 as long as you’re willing to work, and that’s pretty easy to see in you. Don’t worry about a thing, you will get there.
