G R A D U A T E !

So pleased to have made it to the podium! This programme has been amazing and it has shown me that I can set goals and achieve them. I’ve also learned to take some time to be proud of myself!

I put my final run off yesterday, and nearly thought I was going to cave today, but I got out there and really, really enjoyed it!

I managed a 5k in just under 31mins...something I did not expect at all at the end of WK 1 R 1

And I have managed to make running a habit, part of a routine, a thing I do. I run!

Feel like a totally different person to this time last year, and C25K has definitely been a part of that.

Looking forward to running bigger distances and a fitter, happier me.

If you are just starting out, stick with it and believe in yourself. You’ll surprise yourself 😁

Other graduates, what is your advice going forward? I want to work towards 10k, but wonder if I should stick with 5 for a bit longer?

Congratulations! First celebrate, then if you want to go to 10k, just remember that getting there isn’t a race either.

Well done and a brilliant 5k. You’ll get lots of advice but basically consolidate for 3 weeks before going any further. Enjoy celebrations
