Well after the triumph of Wednesday today didn’t go so well. It has been a tough week with work travel and long days and I am undoubtedly a lot more tired than I’d like but I did set off too quickly as well and paid the price. The first 10 minute run was fine but half way through the second 10 minutes I started to get a touch of cramp and struggled from that point on. Hey ho, we live and learn. A couple of days rest over the weekend should sort me out and it’s all part of the game I guess.

Not all runs are equal TopShot. The fact you completed it is your triumph. So well run you 👍🏻

A lot going on and you went too fast... but you did it. Well done and you recognised the pace issue, that’ll serve you well in the next one.. good job.

I've had many ups and downs over the course of the programme: stick at it and remember that it's probably the tough runs where you are building the resilience and stamina that will make it start to feel easier in the end. I think for me in every run there are several moments when I feel like giving up (and it takes a lot of determination not to grind to a halt and scarper back home!) - but I always feel proud of myself for completing. As should you! And I'm sure having a couple of days rest will give your body the break it needs, and you'll be raring to go next time. Good luck with the next runs.
