I was to finish week 8 today before I head away for my sister's hen tomorrow until Mon, but took a few light headed spells in work, so I thought it best to leave it? Did I do the right thing? I'm thinking it's just tiredness.. (the joys of having a son with autism coming in a few times through the night wanting to have the craic because I'm away tomorrow 🙄😊)
That'll mean when I run next week that will have been a week in between runs. Am I panicking over nothing in worrying this might set me back fitness wise etc?
