I was to finish week 8 today before I head away for my sister's hen tomorrow until Mon, but took a few light headed spells in work, so I thought it best to leave it? Did I do the right thing? I'm thinking it's just tiredness.. (the joys of having a son with autism coming in a few times through the night wanting to have the craic because I'm away tomorrow 🙄😊)

That'll mean when I run next week that will have been a week in between runs. Am I panicking over nothing in worrying this might set me back fitness wise etc?

Ps. Keep me in your thoughts.. it's been 12 weeks since i had a drink.. What am I gonna be like this weekend lol 🙈

Panicking over nothing Sweetpea. Go & have a fab weekend, it sounds like it’s well deserved. C25K will still be here when you get back. Mocktails are lovely if you don’t want to consume alcohol. Have fun 👍🏻

Two to three weeks before any noticeable fitness loss. The runs will wait..enjoy your well deserved weekend..take it steady!

After 12 weeks it will at least be cheaper to get drunk 🤣

Don’t worry about the running, you’ll lose nothing and be all fresh when you get back... enjoy the break.
