Great Scottish Run

Just to wish all the runners this Sunday who are running in The Great Scottish Run all the very best, there is also a 10K event as well, last year there were a few athletes who ran in both of those runs. If you cannot be in Glasgow on Sunday morning, the event is being televised all over the UK at 11 o'clock on BBC 2.

Yes UnfitNoMore, I thought it was only being shown on BBC Scotland as happened a few years ago, but this year with all the international elite athletes participating, the BBC are showing it throughout the UK.

Not long now before your graduating run, I wish you all the very best for that run, you will need to try to get a little quicker as you told everyone that little miss UNM was trying to beat her dad at all those runs.

Well Sunday is now gonna be junior park run helping, great Scottish run watching then penultimate run of this programme... I should go out quite inspired!

Yeah she’s faster over 1k than me now... I’ll put some speed sessions in at some point.
