One more run before Graduation

Now I'm nearly there I almost don't want to finish! Never did I think I would be able run for 30 mins. I'm not covering 5k but I can keep going now for 30mins ( I cover around 4.3k). The difficulty will be to keep it up when it gets dark and cold. I'm considering a local running club as this will give the support needed to continue. I shall try a park run as well,fully expecting to finish last!! I have rheumatoid arthritis and recovered from breast cancer earlier this year. For anyone thinking of giving up,I can not stress how much running has helped not just physically but mentally as well. I can honestly say it's been a huge positive life change.

That’s amazing - well done. It’s an amazing feeling when you finish that last run and graduate. I wanted to high 5 nearby dog walkers😂 just make sure you carry on after that though. I felt a bit lost when I’d finished and still often repeat the last run just to hear mj’s wirds of encouragement. Congratulations it’s a massive achievement
