Have you tried the Bridge to 10k forum on Health Unlocked. Ju-Ju has a plan on there to get from 5k to 10k, which I’m following . It’s working well so far
I’m also on week 2 of consolidation. I followed the C25K plus stepping stones podcast on Tuesday and my legs still know about it now 😆 it was good to follow different music and to up the pace on the podcast. Have you tried the strength and stamina podcasts?
I plan to start to increase the distance next week but very gradually.
I follow the B210K forum but there’s also 10 is the magic number. Not sure what the difference is or when the next programme begins.
