I did it! Just finished my graduation run. Can’t say I found the 30 minute runs easy, but hopefully I will continue to improve. What I have learned from this experience is what I can achieve, if I just quietly apply myself and don’t expect too much too soon. I am hoping to use this insight in other areas of my life too (maybe I will finally finish that novel I have been trying to write for 12 years!)

After the fun.. lots of consolidation first and runs just for pure joy... let things evolve with new routes and some shorter and longer runs..but don't hurry.... plenty of time!

Keep running, keep smiling.
Congratulations! Get on that novel, you can do anything! Celebrate first though!
Well done 60sgirl, congratulations I bet you are feeling on top of the world. Keep running, keep it slow as you build up the stamina and you will find it becomes easier. Then you can increase your distance and/or your speed.
'I just quietly apply myself' - love that - and as you say, can be used in other areas of life. Congratulations and good luck with your novel! 😊🏃🏼♀️
