But as the weather looks good today I'll get out for a walk & fresh air. Next run tomorrow then won't get chance to get out again until Sunday, which will be the week of week 4 🤪😅

This weather is perfect for running isn’t it? We should make the most of it and remember it fondly in a couple of months’ times!

I’ve decided to run tomorrow too. I’ve have two busy days ahead and tomorrow is the lesser of them. I just know I’ll be rushing when I get home if I go today, although I’m itching to get out. Like you, I’ll make sure I walk. Today will be on the beach I think. My dog will appreciate that - great ball chasing opportunities! 🐕 🎾
