Well that's it official I have just completed the Baxter's Lochness10K. Started the couch to 5k in January and just completed my first official 10k. I could never of imagined to do this with out the app. thanks for your help. Keep on running!

Well done Martin! I don't normally believe in using apps for everything but I'm in full agreement with you about using this one. Without this training schedule I would have pushed too hard & injured myself or just quit, thinking I was rubbish. Being held back at some points & pushed just enough at others is producing steady improvement & a great feeling of achievement. You've earned the right to feel proud and I look forward to the same feelings when I graduate & hopefully progress further too. 😊
