Glad I forced myself out this morning - it went really well, though at the time I felt as if I was going slower than the W4R1. However, when I got to the end I was about 100 yards further on than last time. Whoopee! And, I found myself thinking in the middle, " Oh good. This next bit is ONLY 3 minutes."
And I got to see the mist rising from the river in the sun. Beautiful!

Sounds idyllic scenery. Good run... sometimes you think it’s slower because it’s taking less effort, when it’s smooth it tends to be quick. Enjoy the next one and week 5 awaits you.
