Woke up late but still did it! Week 2 has officially begun! I was dreading it but actually not so bad! Was so cold this morning tho! Tool on board advise for shin pain so ran on grass today and was more conscious of how I was landing my feet.....will see how I feel tomorrow! Just bought some new trainers too so they should be here this week, hopefully this will also help π€π»πββοΈπββοΈπββοΈ
