A year ago today I had a double triumph..7.30 am graduated C25K then 1 pm jumped out of a plane at 10,000 feet! What a day that was, my running slipped a bit for daughters wedding prep 4 tiers and macarons, but got back to it this year and graduated for 2nd time a few weeks ago. Been a good year 😊

Maybe... I guess I’ve tried a lot of things I shouldn’t have over the years 😂

It would take a lot to make me consider it though.

Thanks I intend to!! No more wedding cakes to perfect...Supervisor job far more stressful than old one so my runs clear my head of all the work stuff!! will check this out thanks very much
