Done! The second half of the run was a struggle and I did have a few doubts if I was going to finish the run or not. There was no way I was going to stop, even though I wanted to.
My average pace was 8 seconds slower per km than my last run, but I am not bothered about that.
I am going to go really slow in week 9 to make sure I complete the full 30 minutes. I know it will be very difficult, but I will do it.

No 'hopefully' about it. We've come this far by being positive and the runs are only 2 mins longer. I probably wont fit my final run in till a week tomorrow as I am ways next week so probably will only it 2 in - very frustrating as i would have liked to bag it by Friday!
Good job... you’re right about pace. Enjoy the last week nice and slow then consolidate what you’ve done for a couple of runs... then think about pace and how you’d prefer to start improving it.
