4 to go!

Wow, I can't belive I only have 4 runs left until I graduate. When I started this journey I didn't know if I would get to this point as I know a few people that didn't. So quite proud of myself especially as I have had a heavy cold this week but kept up wiith the running.

Yesterday was my best run so far. I felt really strong as soon as I started and was motivated to push myself to run a bit faster. I am slow but I am determined to be running 5k in 30 mins by Christmas.

The c25k program is brilliant and the support on here is fantastic.
