So week 2 is done, I struggled towards the end of the last jog on all 3 days, but I didn't stop so over all fairly happy.
I'm away on a work trip next week and I don't know if I will have anywhere suitable/safe to run. I'm going to do W3R1 at the weekend before I go and I'll be back home Friday night. If I can't run while I'm away I'm wondering if I should come back and do one w2 run to get back into it and then start w3 again on the following run or just resume w3 with a few days' gap in the middle. I'm kind of dreading the jump from 90s to 3mins!
