Week 2 run 1. Well bliddy hell! I was not looking forward to this one but it was my best so far. Hips were not preventing me to walk afterward and although calves are tight I wasn’t half as pink and was surprised how well I coped with the step up in run time. Thx for encouragement and words of wisdom guys and girls. Actually means a lot 💋
