Second run done . Stuck to the treadmill again and didn’t find it too bad. I had the speed on the treadmill at 7.0 when I was running (plodding) . Can anyone tell me if that’s an ok speed or should I be pushing myself more ?

7 is more than ok... that’s parkrun in 42 minutes... and you can’t run yet!
It may not be totally accurate anyway, so don’t pin too much on it.
Quite the opposite of what you ask... don’t be afraid to slow it down if you need to to complete a run.

7.0 what? km/h or mph? I'm guessing it was probably 7.0 km/h. As for what the right pace is, try and jog at what's called a "conversational" pace, i.e. one at which you can comfortably hold a conversation at. There's no need to push yourself on this programme. Nice and slowly is fine. Just imagine how you'll at then when you can job/run for 30 minutes and you're not even out of breath?

Don't worry about your speed, just do what feels comfortable. Speed will come later

Just run.. and enjoy..find the pace you feel happy at and run it
Pushing is not necessary, neither is 'smashing' times or distances, or 'nailing' it... This is meant to be enjoyable... and the idea is for you to get to 30 minute runs, feeling stronger and fitter and having had a good time on the way
