Ooh I do like those! Fab colour and amazing price as well. Obviously I know the "ideal" shoe is very subjective, but the Asics Gel range seems excellent.

Got them from a company called sports shoes seem to have regular sales on footwear and clothing and quite reasonable prices and delivery times

Well on Thursday ran 1km in 6 min 30 secs and a 1 mile in 10 min 40 secs so looks like they gave me wings and I did suffer from a left knee niggle and that has gone as well

Stabilo Boss Marker Pen - my favourite look.... in fact fluoro in Italy is very popular mainly to avoid being shot by hunters and seen on unlit roads.
