It's too windy to run. How long can I postpone this run without losing progress? I'd it worth finding a treadmill?

You can certainly wait a few days... two weeks is about the point where you’ll start to lose fitness... but get out there as soon as you can, we need to also form the habit for later.

Two to three weeks... you won't lose it that quickly... The wind is abating and you will be fine... :)
