I had to lower by cholesterol so I cut out biscuits, cake, crisps, pastry, sausages, cheese.

I'll still have an occasional treat but tbh I don't miss all the bad stuff. So mine is controlled by diet rather than medication. It went down from 7.4 to 4.9.

Well done mine was 7.2 I am hope when I have my next blood test in December it would have come down by quite a bit I am not on any medication for it my doctor just said give up smoking and do more exercise so I am hoping doing both these things will help but I am feeling very positive 😊

Well done for starting the programme and giving up smoking!! I’m sure you’ll really feel the benefits from doing both. I don’t have any cholesterol reducing tips, but I wanted to say well done! Enjoy the great new experiences. It’s a great programme and I’m sure you’ll be very glad you decided to go for it! Best wishes ❤️
