Everywhere hurts!

So after I did w1r1 yesterday I am hurting in places I didn’t know I had. My shoulders ache and the tops of my legs ache along with other random places. I guess this is my body going into shock at the sheer thought of me running!! Tell me it gets better please! 😂😂

Well done for making the leap. It does get better, your body will cope with it better the more you do it. Just take your time and go at your pace.

It gets better, and in a few weeks you will be amazed at the progress you have made. Well done for starting!

Of course it does

Just go slowly! Slowly slowly slowly and all will be well

It will. I hurt like heck for about 5 days after my W1R1. Do stretches after, and the aches will get fewer the more you get into the programme.
