I am doing C25K for the second time, I did it six years ago and abandoned 1/3rd of the way through. I have MS and had a few bad relapses whilst I was in the wilderness, but now as part of my weight-loss drive (it's going really well), I'm back in and more invested than ever.
I ride C. 100 miles a week and wanted to get a bit more definition, running is good for that. So on my partner's treadmill I am churning out the runs and once I graduate, I want to add in outdoor running.
Tonight is W6R3, first 25 minute run, bit nervous and yet hopeful at the same time.
Hi all

Hi plodde, it sounds like you're doing amazing things to get this far, you have my full respect. Good luck for your next run. My autocorrect is having a field day with your name, this version is going to have to do I'm afraid 😳
