Technology sucks! !!!!

I'm really thick when it comes to technology. I've bought a fitbit as you know and oh my goodness I'm stressed. All I want to do is set the thing up. Blue tooth is on and it says to unable to communicate with charge hr. Will not sync. What a pile of crap. Really annoyed

Oh right.

I had no trouble at all pairing my charge HR to my iPhone.

The wife had a bit of difficulty pairing hers to her Nokia lumia but got there in the end after deleting and pairing again a few times.

I looked at one of those in costco today but I didn't actually know what it does.

Done it guys. Had to get online chat support. Had to put it on my daughters tablet then onto my phone. I was very stressed

sometimes it doesn't sync. Will generally do ie eventually mine has taken a couple of days before. Try switching it off, you need to put it on charge then old the button for about 12 seconds v1200 comes up.

Mine did the same. Daughter intervened. I think she restarted the tablet and then it worked. Good luck. We need the tech to help with goals. Sadly, I also need a handy child to make it work!
