Hi, I've not posted before. I completed c25k last year, lost loads of weight and felt amazing. Unfortunately I stopped running for various reasons and have piled on weight. So, I'm back!!!! Just completed week 4. Week 5 here I come. Happy running everyone.

I haven’t lost any weight but have changed shape. I eat really healthy so a little disappointed. Well done for getting back into it - at least you know that you can do it x
