The rain, in Spain, is a runner's pain!!!

So I graduated on Friday 14th Sept and flew to [not so] sunny Mallorca on Sunday 16th Sept. I took my running kit and my good intentions but - the weather got the better of me and I did not get to run. It mashed it down most of the time. Did get in some 5k walks though.

Yesterday I was back home and into it again and did a 30 min 5k run. Today I can hardly move!!! Sore knees and Achilles on both legs. Just a gentle Strength and Flex this morning and hoping I can move enough to run 5k tomorrow morning.
