Had to admit defeat and stop this run after six minutes as my calf was really hurting. Started hurting at the end of week 7 run 1 but thought it would be ok today. I’d be really grateful if someone could let me know if I should wait until there is no discomfort at all before I run again?

No use of the f word here Just a blip.
Don't run until the pain goes.. and try some calf exercises out..if it does not ease..then get it checked out
