Completed the dreaded week 6 this morning with the 25 minutes run. Never in my wildest dreams did I ever think I would manage that 6 weeks ago. Focussed on completing the full thing now. Can only praise the scheme once again for how it prepares you. That would be my tip ( as I have learned from many others on here) for anyone who is a couple of weeks behind this stage....stick to the plan and keep it slow! Feeling great tbh!

Brilliant, well done. This programme has a way surprising most of us with ability to confound our wildest dreams.
Nonstop runs now to the podium, which many find preferable to the walking breaks.
As you say stick to the rules and graduation waits.
