I'm all done with week 3 now, I struggled yesterday completing the 3 minutes run as if had a bit of a lively weekend...I took myself out this morning and managed it fine...next run on Thursday but I think I'm going to repeat last week of week 3 as the next run has a 2x 5 min runs...I'm not sure I'm ready...😬 ...my bones in my legs and feet just ache though ...any tips? I don't have much time for a swim at the moment either.

If you're not running until Thursday I'd try week 4 run 1 and see how it goes. Have you had a gait analysis and got the correct trainers? If not I'd strongly advise it as lots of aches, not to mention injuries can be avoided.
Hi! Thanks for the comment...yes I've had the analysis done...I'm not in any pain at all it just feels like growing pains used too... before I started the c25k my fitness level was atrocious ... maybe I should try the week 4...I am curious to see how I'd get on...

I'm so thrilled to be here. I just finished the 20-minute run on day 3 of week 5! So excited!! Thank
