Was hoping for 9km but ran out of road as it were. Feeling good. Average pace 5:51 which for me is pretty good! Also did some hills 🙏
I’d just like to say it’s not easy. I’m but no means super fit but like most on here I started from pretty much nothing. I still struggle with little aches and pains. I did struggle with my breathing but, finally as I got fitter got it under control. I do want to probably get to 10km. But I’m not rushing to it. If I get there I get there. Just being out in the morning in the fresh air is great!!
