After 6 weeks without a run since W8R3, I finally thought last Monday that my knees were good enough to try a jog. They were, but the breathing was hard. I managed about 9 minutes, had to walk for a minute, then jogged back for about another 7-8 minutes. Disappointing. BUT... on Thursday, I tuned in to my inner snail, slowed down and managed 30minutes! The new Brooks GTS18s really helped, too. So I did it again Saturday morning - that makes W9R2.
That means just one more to graduate. Hopefully tomorrow evening.
