Just finished this run and very pleased - slow but steady proving its worth once again - kept plugging on one step at a time and grateful for a cooler but still dry day as was perfect. Sweating started at the beginning of the second half of the run and is still going now some 15 minutes after the run so must be doing myself some good. Am ready for run 2 day after next and know I can do it and will do it.
