Km per hour

Here’s a conversion chart to running pace. I usually measure in minutes per km

I find it harder to run my usual outdoor speed when I’m on a treadmill 🙄

Me too ... always slower on a treadmill although I thought it would be faster given I’ve only done gradient of 1 but outside there are a lot of hills!

Speed settings on treadmills are notoriously inaccurate. Whilst you are doing C25K speed, distance and pace don’t matter. So the ‘7’ on the treadmill is just setting 7. If you run outside, don’t try and run at 7km/he, just run at a speed that feels natural.

I would imagine it depends on the treadmill. I don’t use them often but I used a gym last month a few times and there were treadmills next to each other with some in km and some in miles. It only became clear I was on the miles one when I couldn’t get anywhere near the speed I usually run at 😀
