Ow! Didn't enjoy that one, which is strange bcos I breezed the first two this week. This time I was stiff, left calf is much tighter than the right & I've a sort pins & needles /dead feeling a my left foot. I'm going to have a couple of days off before starting W4, as during the week I sometimes walk anywhere between 3 & 6k on top of the runs, so I'm wondering if I'm not recovering properly? Good luck to everyone running this weekend...
