W3 R3 - Glad that one was over

Had an unintended enforced 10 day break between W3 R2 and W3 R3 due to some unexpected building work needed at home and a few days of just feeling washed out and really tired and aching legs. So today was the first day that I felt at least a little perkier though legs still aching a bit but decided to push ahead and finish week three off. Half way through was beginning to doubt the wisdom of starting today’s run but it is such a beautiful day I didn’t want to waste it. A slight stitch started but thankfully didn’t really take hold so pressed on to finish though very little at all left in the tank. So pleased to finish it and very pleasantly surprised how quickly I recovered in the final walk phase as only needed half of the three minute walk before I felt ok again. So week 4 here I come.
