I've only gone and graduated omg omg omg never thought I would do it back in July when I started huffing and puffing round the local park . I've had a few (practice ) runs when I've though what the hell are you doing but I learnt from them and carried on and I love it so so happy couldn't stop smiling going home and as soon as I got in the house was jumping around and singing to aerosmith 😂😂😂

I intend to carry on I want to do our local park run but need to work on those pesky hills it's certainly not a flat course
