W6r1. OMG -I get to write week 6! It wasn’t as easy as I thought it might be after w5r3 - on the other hand, not so difficult that I felt like giving up either. Onwards folks ..... we can do it 🏃🏻‍♀️🏃🏻‍♀️🏃🏻‍♀️

Actually they’re not too bad. Once you can do 25 minutes, 28 and 30 aren’t much different I found. You’ve got this 👌🏽
