Three week ago I damaged my Achilles’ tendon and was told to stop running till it healed. I was devastated but managed to keep up my strength training on my upper body. Today was my first post injury run. My ankle is strapped up but, I did it am back.

Thanks my first run was fantastic when they told me not to run I cried. Nice and easy now but building back up to 5K
