You’re gonna be fine... you can do it. Many people fear the “big step” but the run isn’t that bad... just slow, steady and relaxed and you’ll get through it with a little spare in the tank.

I will try to think of that next week. Sounds like good advice 👍

You ran for sixteen minutes with s brisk walk in the middle,......total 21 minutes!

Unless your brisk walking magically does not expend any energy, then there is little difference between it and a gentle jog.

This run is accomplished by most at the first time of trying and is more of a mental hurdle than a physical one believe me, but more importantly, believe in yourself, go nice and slow, practice grinning and it is yours for the taking.

You can do this!

You wont struggle, it is just the next step to take , it is just another run towards your goal ..

Every run you have done has built you up to do this run, it is the usual slow and steady don't over think it..

You will do it 😊😊

Try not to over think it - just go and see what happens, you’ll find it much better than you feared. Remember, going slow is your friend in the long term, so slow down if you’re struggling.

Just did this today! I had good music and ran pretty slowly tbh. Your stamina is built up now - it’s more a mental challenge!

Good luck!👍

I managed this - you can too. In my head I broke it into 5 min chunks. When I got to ten minutes I thought of the next ten as if I was counting down. I find it keeps me going.

Good luck, you are ready for this - believe in yourself!

I think everyone gulps when they see the leap up, but if you have followed the plan, you will do it. It’s hard but stick in. I have just finished run 3 week 9 and having struggled at week one, I did 30 mins (5.5km). Go for it.
