After struggling with WK6 R1 I wasn’t really expecting much from this run. But completed it and enjoyed it, had a little extra fuel in the tank and felt like I could if carried on. Happy with my progress so far!

I go into the next run in a few days, and although running for 23 minutes is going to be hard, I can only feel prepared and ready! I’m sure this C25K lark has been designed for us to be able to complete what’s in front of us!

Onwards and Upwards 🏃🏻‍♂️

Great job... now for what we came for, the ability to just run. You can do 23 as you got through tricky intervals, they will have set you up nicely.
