Are you going to fast it's only meant to be a light jog

You completed them... that’s a great job. No running and low fitness last week, now you’ve been out and done it three times... that’s massive progress. Each run makes you a little fitter and a little stronger. You don’t have to repeat, but it’s your journey, if it will build your confidence then go for it. A lot of the early weeks are about mental strength, belief and determination are you best weapons while the fitness catches up.

Be very proud of yourself.

The first week I also found hard I didn’t think I could carry on and start week two because how much I struggled that first week. I honestly thought i wouldn’t be able to continue and that I wasn’t meant to be the type of person who jog’s. I think everyone makes mistake when they first start like trying to run instead of doing a light jog (I did 🏃🏽‍♀️). Honestly you have done amazing to complete the first week i’m only on the second run of week three but I think week one was the most challenging week for me too. Just take it one run at a time and before you know it you’ll be ready to graduate like I hope to do as well!

Embrace your inner snail, slow and steady wins the race. Believe in yourself, you can do this and always remember you’re running faster than those sat on the sofa.
