This is my first post so just saying hi and introducing myself!

I'm a mammy to a gorgeous nearly 2 year old, work part time and married to a shift worker. Life gets so busy and I just wasn't making any time for myself and neglecting my body. It's been a difficult year with bereavements and family illnesses and with everything going on I could feel my mental well-being on the decline. Starting this journey is the best thing I could have done for myself.

Today I completed W3R1 in the rain and totally smashed it! I can feel my stamina improving at this point which feels amazing.

My head feels so much clearer these days, I'm not anxious and I have more patience. I also feel like my relationship with my husband is better, I'm more fun and have more energy! I would love to lose some weight but that would be an added bonus to be honest because the improvement in how I feel is enough for me right now. I never thought I'd ever be one of those people who gets addicted to exercise but it's happening!

Looking forward to my next run on Wednesday! Thanks for reading,

H x

Good luck on your journey! ❤️🏃‍♀️😀
