I felt quite apprehensive about the increased running time but strangely enjoyed getting into more of a rhythm. I think I’m starting to feel like I can run... albeit VERY slowly! I felt good afterwards... like I could do it all again! It was so energising. Woo hoo 👍🏃♀️💪😉✅

Me too. Just got back in now (a bit wet lol) I have worried all day as 5 mins non stop sounded a bit hard. But hey get us we are now running more than walking. Well done. X

Hee hee I've just done mine too. 5 mins was much easier than I was expecting but I was going very slowly x it feels great doesn't it? I agree I feel energised as well x bring on run 2
