I set myself this goal and can’t believe I am running 20 mins. Next run week 6 run 3 25 mins. Just keep going, be determined and you can do it. I found week 1 run 1 hard and am now week 6. I’m 62 and it is hard going but I’m doing it.

You've got this far, so you've obviously got what it takes. Yes, the runs are tough, but by the sound of it they’re not as tough as you. Good luck with week 6! 😀👍👏

Great job... you can do those runs you mention, and soon you’ll be running for 30 minutes.

Hey all, I'm just about to complete week 7 and the last of the 25 minute runs. To be honest I didn't
