R3 = 22 minute run and then W7 is 3 x 25 minute runs.
Almost there now but I shall cherish that 3 minute walk tonight !

You can do it slow and steady. You've done fab up to now I've just done W9R1. Us grandparents are amazing. Keep us posted on how you get on x

Well Done grandadmike. It seems a bit worrying but you may find, like I did, that you prefer running longer. Just take each day as it comes. You can do this. 🏃♂️👏
